Whether it’s assisting with a new build, designing your dream renovation or updating a room in your home or workplace, I offer a full interior design service in Melbourne, to create spaces that reflect your style and suit your lifestyle. I can remodel rooms, design joinery and colour schemes, and specify all your furniture, fixtures, lighting, fittings and furnishings.
Interior Decoration
Need help selecting furniture and furnishings for your home or workspace? I’ll help you find the perfect pieces to create beautiful and functional spaces. This means you’ll spend less time visiting showrooms or searching online, and more time enjoying your beautiful rooms. I can often pass on my trade discounts to you too, saving you money and offsetting the cost of my design fee.
My Design Process
1. Define the Brief
This is the planning and research phase.
We meet onsite to discuss your project, your goals and how we can bring your dream space to life. You’ll also be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire.
I’ll provide you with a project scope, timelines and my fees for your project.
2. Concept Development
This is the first step in bringing your new spaces to life.
I’ll create some initial design concepts for your project and and together we’ll workshop these to ensure I’m heading in the right direction.
You’ll receive mood boards, concept boards and some sketches to help you visualise the spaces.
3. Design Refinement
This is the fun part where your design really starts to come to life.
Based on your feedback from the concept stage, I’ll prepare detailed floor plans, elevations and 3D renders of your spaces.
I’ll also select all the colours, materials and finishes, furniture, fixtures and lighting for your project, with your input of course.
4. Project Delivery
I’ll provide you with all the final documents for your project, including your construction drawings and detailed schedules of all the bits and pieces we’ve selected for your project.
I can work with my suppliers to source some of your products for you (at my discounted rate), or you can use your schedules to source them yourself.
